The Branch has established a Public Service Center through task-based organization and set up a "single service contact person" on the first floor of the Judicial Building. The Head Prosecutor concurrently serves as Director of the Center, the Chief Clerk as Deputy Director, and the heads of various divisions/offices and the Chief Bailiff as secretaries. The personnel with excellent academic background and experience, kind and friendly attitude as well as a passion for service are assigned to exclusively handle the Branch's public service work, provide litigation counseling to the public, and implement a counter-based single contact person operation, satisfactorily adhering to a customer-centric service orientation.

　　The Public Service Center is equipped with computers and dedicated telephones for fast and convenient inquiry services. It provides not only reference examples of court litigation documents, legal publicity manuals and the Six Codes, but also services of legal consultation and legal assistance. In addition, reading glasses, tea, newspapers and magazines, ballpoint pens, writing tables, and binding tools are provided for the litigation parties. The Public Service Center is neat and bright, and the environment is beautified and greened with potted plants. It is a diversified and full-function service center.
